2. Our Services

We provide software solutions designed to help businesses manage operations such as job scheduling, customer information, reporting, and communication. Some Services are provided as self-service platforms, while others may require manual setup or configuration based on your business requirements.

We integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), SendGrid/Brevo (email), Twilio (SMS), Microsoft Azure (hosting), and address lookup providers. These are subject to their own terms and availability.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process card details directly.
• Prices, plans, and features may change. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time. Access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment is not received, the Service is misused, or these Terms are breached.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Ensure your use complies with applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content within the Innowave Systems platform is the intellectual property of Innowave Systems Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services during your subscription period. You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innowave Systems Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
